Vacant Position:

Apply Procedure:
- The number of positions may be changed to reflect the needs.
- A further 20% of the workforce will be called in for training, and during the training session, the final enumerator selection for fieldwork will be based on performance.
- The number of fieldwork days may go up or down based on the volume of work.
- Selection will be done solely based on merit and place of residence; there will be no chance of permanent employment of any kind. Selection will also be made on a daily wage basis.
- The Authority’s final decision cannot be contested in any court or forum.
- Any candidate’s contract may be terminated by authority at any time and for any reason. Candidates who are shortlisted or selected will receive a phone notification to participate in training. The chosen applicants will be used.
- Still, the local selects will be given precedence.
- Candidates who receive training but knowingly decline to participate in fieldwork when required will not receive any compensation for the training sessions.
- The successful candidates will sign a contract with BOS guaranteeing their availability and task fulfillment. The contract will end if there is noncompliance or subpar performance.
- The Department will not be responsible for paying any health risk insurance to ensure the candidate’s health during the duration of this purely temporary assignment.
