Usman Khan, the first bowler for Multan Sultan, wants to play cricket against Pakistan, where he was born, and make a name for himself on the world stage.
The 28-year-old hitter got a lot of attention earlier this year when, against Quetta Gladiators, he made the fastest century in the history of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). It took him only 36 balls to get to 100.
There were reports that Usman might be picked to play for Pakistan after his amazing century, but he recently said that his dream is to play for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and not Pakistan.
Once he has lived in UAE for three years, as required by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the powerful opener will be able to play for UAE.

Usman said that he was disappointed by the lack of opportunities in Pakistan and that he was always passed over and never given a chance to show himself.
“I didn’t feel like anyone cared about me in Pakistan, and I didn’t get a fair chance. So, I thought I’d look into other possibilities. I went to the UAE and worked hard there. He said, “My goal is to keep working hard and then try to make the UAE team once I meet the requirements.”
