Ingredients
- 5–7 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 200 ml (2 decilitres) olive oil
Instructions
- Crush the bay leaves and rosemary lightly to release their natural oils.
- Place them in a clean glass jar.
- Pour the olive oil over the herbs until fully covered.
- Close the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 7–10 days.
- Shake the jar gently once a day.
- After the infusion period, strain the oil and transfer it into a clean bottle.
- Use this oil to gently massage sore joints and bones once or twice daily.
