- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and pour over the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
- Add the orange zest, orange extract, and salt, stirring until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to scoop.
- Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in powdered sugar or dip them in melted white chocolate for a smooth coating.
- Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
