INGREDIENTS
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (3 oz) orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve Jell-O
In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved, then add 1/2 cup cold water. Let it chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes (do not let it fully set). - Prepare Pudding
In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with 1 cup cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened. - Combine Ingredients
Fold the chilled (but not fully set) Jell-O into the pudding mixture. Stir in the whipped topping until well combined and creamy. - Add Fruit
Gently fold in the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. - Add Marshmallows (Optional)
If using mini marshmallows, stir them in at this point. - Chill and Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
