  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)

Instructions

  1. Mash the Bananas:
    Peel the bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash them until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add Flour:
    Gradually add the flour to the mashed bananas. Stir with a spoon or spatula until fully combined. You should get a thick, slightly sticky dough.
  3. Shape the Dough:
    Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into small patties, cookies, or flatbreads — your choice!

    • Air Fryer: Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool & Serve:
