- Boil the Mixture: In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water, the crushed garlic, and the whole cloves. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Cool and Strain: Allow the mixture to cool completely, then strain it into a clean container.
- Apply to Scalp: Use a cotton ball or your fingers to gently massage the liquid into your scalp, focusing on the roots and grey areas.
- Leave it On: Let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
