Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons castor oil (cold-pressed, hexane-free if possible)
- 1 tablespoon baking soda (aluminum-free, food grade)
- Optional: clean cloth or cotton pad (for compress)
Instructions
- Prepare the Paste: In a small bowl, mix the castor oil and baking soda until a smooth paste forms.
- Apply: Gently apply the mixture to the affected area (e.g., joints, skin irritation, minor wounds, or other targeted spots).
- Optional Compress: For deeper relief (such as for joint or muscle pain), soak a clean cloth or cotton pad in the mixture, place it on the area, and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it on for 30–60 minutes.
- Repeat: Use once daily for up to 2 days to see results. Always do a patch test first to check for any skin sensitivity.
- Clean Up: After treatment, wipe off with a damp cloth and wash the area with mild soap and water.
