INGREDENT
- 2 tablespoons Castor Oil (cold-pressed, organic recommended)
- 1/2 cup Epsom Salt
- Warm water (for soaking or compress use)
- Optional: clean cotton cloth or bandage wrap
Instructions
- For Detox Soak (relieves joint pain, muscle aches, boosts circulation):
- Fill a basin or tub with warm water.
- Add 1/2 cup Epsom salt and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon castor oil.
- Soak feet or affected area for 20–30 minutes.
- Repeat once daily for 3–5 days.
- For Constipation Relief (internal use):
- Take 1 teaspoon of castor oil on an empty stomach (adults only).
- Results may occur within 6–8 hours.
- Caution: Use this remedy occasionally, not regularly.
- For Skin Conditions (eczema, dry patches, acne):
- Mix 1 teaspoon Epsom salt with a few drops of castor oil.
- Apply to the affected area as a scrub or mask.
- Leave for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
- For Inflammation or Pain Relief (compress method):
- Soak a cloth in warm water mixed with 1 tbsp castor oil and 1 tbsp Epsom salt.
- Wring out excess and place on affected area.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place a heating pad over it for 30 minutes.
- Use once or twice daily.
- For Hair Growth & Scalp Health:
- Mix equal parts castor oil and coconut oil.
- Add a pinch of Epsom salt.
- Massage into the scalp and leave overnight.
- Shampoo out in the morning.
