Oat water is a simple plant-based drink made by blending oats with water and straining it. Drinking it on an empty stomach is often suggested for better absorption and gentle detox support.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 to 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add oats and water into a blender.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
