Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup quick oats (or rolled oats)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs and oats, and mix everything together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined small baking dish or muffin tin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
