- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips or cocoa powder for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Base:
In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter. Mix until the texture is like wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a serving dish or small tray to form a crust. - Make the Mixture:
In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is evenly combined. - Layer It Up:
Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the biscuit base. Press it down gently. - Optional Topping:
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, or sift cocoa powder over for a chocolatey finish. - Chill:
Place in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes to firm up. Slice and serve!
