No oven, no flour, a quick dessert in 10 minutes! Incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips or cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter. Mix until the texture is like wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a serving dish or small tray to form a crust.
  2. Make the Mixture:
In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Layer It Up:
Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the biscuit base. Press it down gently.
  4. Optional Topping:
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, or sift cocoa powder over for a chocolatey finish.
  5. Chill:
Place in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes to firm up. Slice and serve!

Would you like a chocolate version, or something fruity like banana or mango added?
