Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh aloe vera gel (from the leaf, washed and scooped)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for added vitamin C)
Instructions
- Blend the aloe vera gel and water (or coconut water) until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and honey, and blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour into a glass and stir in lemon juice if using.
- Drink fresh, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
