  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 5g baking powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs until well combined.
  4. Add cocoa powder and baking powder (if using), and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Optional: Top with banana slices or nuts for decoration.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
