Method to Keep Bananas Fresh for 2 Years

Ingredients:

  • Fresh ripe bananas
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Airtight freezer bags or containers
  • Plastic wrap (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Choose firm, ripe bananas without black spots.
  2. Peel the bananas carefully.
  3. Slice them into rounds or keep them whole.
  4. Lightly brush with lemon juice to prevent browning (optional).
  5. Wrap each banana tightly with plastic wrap.
  6. Place wrapped bananas into airtight freezer bags.
  7. Remove excess air and seal properly.
  8. Label with date and store in freezer.
  9. Keep at -18°C (0°F) for best results.
  10. Use within 18–24 months for best quality.
