Instructions:

- Peel the bananas carefully.
- Slice them into rounds or keep them whole.
- Lightly brush with lemon juice to prevent browning (optional).
- Wrap each banana tightly with plastic wrap.
- Place wrapped bananas into airtight freezer bags.
- Remove excess air and seal properly.
- Label with date and store in freezer.
- Keep at -18°C (0°F) for best results.
