Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking, or grease a microwave-safe dish for a quick microwave version.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- Add shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey (if using), baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or ramekin.
- For baking: Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and set.
