- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

- Maraschino cherries or extra whipped topping for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice). Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly combined.
- If desired, stir in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups. Smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set and cold.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries or extra whipped topping before serving, if desired.
