  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust – In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9Γ—9-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the cream layer – In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix.
