This quick and easy no-bake cake is perfect for a summer treat or a last-minute dessert. Made with crushed cookies and cream cheese, it’s a delicious and refreshing alternative to traditional baked cakes.
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the base: In a large bowl, combine the crushed cookies and set aside.
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
