Neem Leaf Paste Remedy for Foot Skin Spots & Lesions


DESCRIPTION:

This traditional remedy uses fresh neem leaves to create a natural paste applied to affected areas of the foot. Neem is widely known in Ayurvedic practices for its powerful antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It may help soothe irritation, reduce infection, and improve the appearance of dark spots or raised lesions on the skin. This remedy is simple, natural, and commonly used for minor skin concerns.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh neem leaves (1 handful)
  • Clean water (as needed)
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (for extra antibacterial effect)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash the neem leaves thoroughly to remove dirt.
  2. Grind the leaves into a smooth paste using a mortar & pestle or blender.
  3. Add a few drops of water if needed to get a thick consistency.
  4. (Optional) Mix in turmeric powder for enhanced healing properties.
  5. Clean the affected foot area with warm water and pat dry.
  6. Apply the neem paste directly onto the lesions or spots.
  7. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes.
