Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide (3%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl to form a paste.
  2. If desired, add the coconut oil for a smoother consistency.
  3. Apply the paste to your teeth using a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  4. Gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes, focusing on the areas with stains.
  5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Tips:

  • You can use this paste up to 3 times per week.
  • Avoid using this paste on sensitive teeth or gums.
  • If you experience any discomfort, rinse your mouth immediately and discontinue use.

Additional Tips:

  • Oil Pulling: Swishing coconut oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes can help remove plaque and bacteria.
  • Strawberries: Mash a strawberry and mix it with baking soda to create a whitening paste.
  • Activated Charcoal: Brush your teeth with activated charcoal powder for a few minutes.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: Dilute apple cider vinegar with water and rinse your mouth with it.
