Ingredients
- 4 whole lemons (organic if possible)
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Blend the lemon slices and garlic together until finely chopped (you may need to do this in batches).
- Boil 1 liter of water and add the lemon-garlic mixture.
- Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Let it cool, then strain and pour into a glass jar or bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator.
How to Use:
Drink 1 small glass (about 100 ml) daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning, for 3 weeks. Pause for a week, then repeat the cycle if desired.
