Natural Morning Drink To Relieve Pain Recipe

This warm and soothing beverage is packed with anti-inflammatory properties to help ease aches and pains.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Honey to taste (optional)  

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, ginger, and turmeric.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Strain the mixture into a mug.
  5. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir well.
  6. Add honey to taste, if desired.
