Ingredients
- 1 lemon (organic if possible)
- 1–2 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed or finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a cup.
- Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger (if using).
- Stir in the raw honey.
- Pour in the warm water and mix well.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Drink slowly while still warm.

- Drink once in the morning and once before bed for 3 days.
- Best taken on an empty stomach.
