Instructions
- In a glass or mug, combine warm water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Add cinnamon, cayenne pepper (if using), and ginger. Stir well.
- Sweeten with honey or stevia, if desired.
- Let the drink sit for 2–3 minutes to infuse, then stir again before drinking.
- Drink once in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal for best results.
