Ingredients
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 lemon (organic if possible), washed and sliced with peel
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel (or store-bought, food-grade)
- ½ cup warm water (optional, to thin if needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
Mince the garlic finely. Slice the lemon into small pieces, removing any seeds. - Blend:
In a blender, add the garlic, lemon slices, honey, and aloe vera gel. Blend until you get a smooth, paste-like mixture. If it’s too thick, add a little warm water to help blend. - Rest & Store:
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the natural compounds to activate. Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. - How to Take:
Take 1 teaspoon daily on an empty stomach. You can also mix it into warm water (not hot) to drink as a tonic.
