Instructions
- Roast (Optional): Lightly roast sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and nuts on low heat for 4–5 minutes to enhance flavor. Let them cool.
- Grind: Add the seeds and nuts to a food processor or blender and pulse until coarsely ground (don’t turn them into a paste).
- Mix: Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add chia or flaxseeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract if using.
- Add Honey: Pour in the honey and mix until it forms a thick, sticky paste.
- Store: Transfer to a glass jar with a lid. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for longer freshness.
