Popular in Mexico and Brazil, this eye-catching treat is perfect for parties, family gatherings, and special occasions. It’s easy to make, fun to look at, and loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients

  1. 3 packs flavored jelly (different colors)
  2. 1 pack unflavored gelatin
  3. 1 cup hot water
  4. 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  5. 1 cup cold water

(Optional: Fresh fruits for garnish)

✅ Note: Some recipes count flavored jelly as one ingredient, making it “4 ingredients” total.

Instructions

  1. Prepare each flavored jelly separately using hot water as instructed on the packet. Pour into shallow trays and refrigerate until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
  2. Once firm, cut the jellies into small cubes. Mix the colors gently and place them in a glass dish or mold.
  3. In a bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir well until completely melted.
  4. Add condensed milk and cold water to the gelatin mixture. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Slowly pour this creamy mixture over the colorful jelly cubes. Make sure all cubes are covered.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  7. Once firm, slice and serve chilled.

Tips

✔ Use at least 3–4 different jelly flavors for a more vibrant look.
✔ Let each jelly layer set completely before cutting.
✔ Pour the milk mixture slowly to prevent the cubes from floating.
✔ Lightly grease the mold for easy removal.
✔ Serve cold for best taste and texture.
