Mosaic Jelly, also known as Broken Glass Jelly Pudding, is a beautiful and refreshing dessert made with colorful gelatin cubes suspended in a creamy white base. Ingredients
- 3 packs flavored jelly (different colors)
- 1 pack unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cold water

Instructions
- Prepare each flavored jelly separately using hot water as instructed on the packet. Pour into shallow trays and refrigerate until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
- Once firm, cut the jellies into small cubes. Mix the colors gently and place them in a glass dish or mold.
- In a bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir well until completely melted.
- Add condensed milk and cold water to the gelatin mixture. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour this creamy mixture over the colorful jelly cubes. Make sure all cubes are covered.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Once firm, slice and serve chilled.
Tips
✔ Use at least 3–4 different jelly flavors for a more vibrant look.
✔ Let each jelly layer set completely before cutting.
✔ Pour the milk mixture slowly to prevent the cubes from floating.
