Ingredients
- 3 different flavors/colors of flavored jelly powder (like strawberry, lime, and orange)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets (about 14 g total) unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water + 1 cup hot water + 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Prepare the Colored Jellies:
- Dissolve each flavored jelly powder in 1 cup of boiling water (per flavor).
- Pour each into separate shallow containers.
- Refrigerate until completely set (about 2-3 hours).
- Cut into Cubes:
- Once set, cut each colored jelly into small cubes.
- Gently mix the cubes together and place them in a large mold or baking dish.
- Make the Milk Jelly:
- In a bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup cold water. Mix well and let it cool to room temperature (important so it doesn’t melt the jelly cubes).
- Assemble:
- Pour the milk mixture gently over the jelly cubes in the mold.
- Lightly tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate until fully set (at least 4 hours or overnight).
