- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric (optional, anti-inflammatory)
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for metabolism boost)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a glass, combine the warm water with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Stir in the cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne pepper if using.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
- Mix well until everything is dissolved.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning, about 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
