Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for taste)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for an extra metabolism boost)
Instructions
- Heat the water until warm but not too hot (you should be able to sip it comfortably).
- In a mug or glass, combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and honey.
- Stir well until everything is fully mixed.
- If using, add a pinch of cayenne pepper and stir again.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning, at least 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
