- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra metabolism boost)
Instructions
- Warm the water slightly (not too hot to preserve nutrients in honey and vinegar).
- In a mug or glass, mix in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add honey if using, and stir again.
- Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait 20–30 minutes before eating breakfast for best results.
