Morning Slim Down Drink


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger (or freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra metabolism boost)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly (not too hot to preserve nutrients in honey and vinegar).
  2. In a mug or glass, mix in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add honey if using, and stir again.
  5. Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  6. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating breakfast for best results.
