- 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 4 large egg whites
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded coconut and fold it into the mixture until fully coated.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the macaroons are golden brown on the edges.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
