Moist Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 large egg whites
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the shredded coconut and fold it into the mixture until fully coated.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the macaroons are golden brown on the edges.
