Ingredients
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Warm Water – 1 cup
Instructions
- In a cup, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of honey into the cup with the turmeric.
- Add 1 cup of warm water to the mixture and stir until the turmeric and honey are fully dissolved.
- Drink this soothing mixture once or twice daily for fast relief from inflammation and pain.
