Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp whole cloves
- 1 cup hot water (for tea) or ½ cup carrier oil (for infusion)
Instructions
🔹 For Tea:
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Add rosemary and cloves to a cup.
- Pour hot water over them and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy!
🔹 For Infused Oil:
- Crush the rosemary and cloves slightly.
- Add to a glass jar and cover with ½ cup of carrier oil (olive, coconut, or almond).
- Let sit for at least 1 week, shaking occasionally.
- Strain and use for hair, skin, or massage.
