Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp milk (optional, for hydration)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for glow)
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel (optional, for soothing)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove any impurities.
- Boil the rice in 1 cup of water until it becomes soft (about 10β15 minutes).
- Strain the rice and save the water β this βrice waterβ is rich in antioxidants and nutrients.
- Mash the boiled rice into a smooth paste using a spoon or blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 teaspoon of honey, and aloe vera gel to the mashed rice (optional but beneficial).
- Mix well to form a creamy paste.
- Apply the paste evenly onto clean skin (face and neck).
- Leave it on for 15β20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- For extra hydration, splash some of the cooled rice water on your face as a final rinse or use it as a toner.
