DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
- 1 inch fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
- 4–6 cloves
- 2 cups water
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
INSTRUCTION
- Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add sliced ginger and cloves into the boiling water.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
