- 1 cup (240 ml) brewed organic coffee (preferably medium roast)
- 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances absorption of curcumin in turmeric)
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or oat milk (optional)
- Collagen powder (optional, 1 scoop for joint support)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee as desired (drip, French press, etc.).
- While the coffee is hot, pour it into a blender.
- Add coconut oil, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, sweetener (if using), and collagen powder (if using).
- Blend for 15–20 seconds until creamy and frothy.
- Pour into a mug, add plant-based milk if desired, and enjoy warm.
