MIRACLE COFFEE Prevents Dementia, Heart Attack and Stroke, Joint Arthrosis


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) freshly brewed organic coffee (preferably black, no sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of black pepper (to activate turmeric)
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (for taste)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp unsweetened almond or oat milk (for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh cup of coffee using filtered water.
  2. While still hot, stir in the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and coconut oil.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved and the coffee is smooth.
  4. If desired, add raw honey or plant-based milk to adjust the flavor.
  5. Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
