Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) freshly brewed organic coffee (preferably black, no sugar)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of black pepper (to activate turmeric)
- 1 tsp virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (for taste)
- Optional: 1 tbsp unsweetened almond or oat milk (for creaminess)
Instructions
- Brew a fresh cup of coffee using filtered water.
- While still hot, stir in the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and coconut oil.
- Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved and the coffee is smooth.
- If desired, add raw honey or plant-based milk to adjust the flavor.
- Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Note:
