Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, ham, or vegetables (your choice of filling)
  • ¼ cup cheese (grated, optional)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese or sauce (optional, for creaminess)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet lightly on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into small squares or rectangles (about 3×3 inches).
  4. Place a spoonful of filling (meat/veggies + cheese) in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a parcel (triangle or rectangle) and press edges with a fork to seal.
