Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 mini slider buns
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add the seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper) to the beef. Stir well.
- Mix in the pizza sauce and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the burgers: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each bun, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan on top. Add a slice of pepperoni if desired.
- Cover with the top bun, brush lightly with olive oil, and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are slightly toasted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your mini pizza burgers!
