Ingredients (Day 1 – Example Menu)

Breakfast:

  • 1/2 cup tuna

Dinner:

  • 85g lean meat (like grilled chicken or beef)
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (yes, really!)

Repeat similar portions for Days 2 and 3, replacing some foods (e.g., cottage cheese, hot dogs, boiled eggs, broccoli, carrots, etc.) while sticking to around 1,100–1,400 calories per day.


Instructions

  1. Stick to the exact ingredients and measurements as listed. No substitutions unless medically necessary.
  2. Eat three meals a day with no snacks in between.
  3. Boil the eggs in advance if needed. To make a perfect boiled egg:
    • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water.
    • Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
    • Let sit for 9–12 minutes depending on egg size.
    • Cool in ice water and peel.
  4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Black coffee and tea (unsweetened) are allowed.
  5. Follow the diet strictly for 3 days, then eat normally (but healthy) for the next 4 days. Repeat weekly if desired.
