Ingredients (Day 1 – Example Menu)
Breakfast:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 1 slice of toast
- 1 cup black coffee or tea (no sugar or milk)
Lunch:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 slice of toast
- 1/2 cup tuna
- 1 cup black coffee or tea
Dinner:
- 85g lean meat (like grilled chicken or beef)
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (yes, really!)
Repeat similar portions for Days 2 and 3, replacing some foods (e.g., cottage cheese, hot dogs, boiled eggs, broccoli, carrots, etc.) while sticking to around 1,100–1,400 calories per day.
Instructions
- Stick to the exact ingredients and measurements as listed. No substitutions unless medically necessary.
- Eat three meals a day with no snacks in between.
- Boil the eggs in advance if needed. To make a perfect boiled egg:
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
- Let sit for 9–12 minutes depending on egg size.
- Cool in ice water and peel.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Black coffee and tea (unsweetened) are allowed.
- Follow the diet strictly for 3 days, then eat normally (but healthy) for the next 4 days. Repeat weekly if desired.
