Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain off any excess grease.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the browned beef and onion, both cans of soup, green chiles, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, taco seasoning, cream cheese, black beans, and corn. Stir until well combined.
