Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Crushed cookies or biscuits (for base or topping — optional)
- Fresh fruits, chocolate shavings, or nuts (for garnish — optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar (if using). Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Spoon the creamy mixture into serving cups or bowls. If you like, add a layer of crushed cookies or biscuits at the bottom or sprinkle them on top.
- Garnish with fresh fruits, chocolate shavings, or nuts.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to firm up slightly, or enjoy immediately — it’s delicious either way!
