Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cold heavy whipping cream. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip it until soft peaks form.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip gently until combined.
- Slowly pour in the fresh lemon juice and add the lemon zest. Gently fold everything together until smooth and thick — don’t overmix.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
