- Whip the Cream:
In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cold heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. - Add Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Gently pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat on low speed until combined. - Add Lemon Juice & Zest:
