- 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed graham crackers or cookies (optional for layering)
- Fresh fruit, jam, or chocolate shavings (optional topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and silky.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Optional: Layer crushed graham crackers or cookies in serving cups, then spoon in the creamy mixture.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes (or serve immediately if you can’t wait!).
- Top with fresh fruit, a spoonful of jam, or a sprinkle of chocolate — and enjoy!
