Maryland Hot Crab Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped green onions.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  7. Garnish with extra green onions and serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.
