Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt for creamier texture)

- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra fluff)
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, for crunch)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cottage cheese, and vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth.
- Add instant pudding mix and stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if using.
