Made Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls

INGREDENT

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 4 slices of cheddar or American cheese (cut in half)
  • 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place half a slice of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Lay a sausage link on top of the cheese, then roll up the dough from the wide end to the narrow tip, wrapping the sausage inside.
  5. Optional: Beat the egg and brush the tops of each roll for a golden finish.
  6. Place the rolls on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
